Suppression Fire

Suppression fire is a special case of Autofire. When you aim at a target behind cover, you can elect to forgo your attack. In return, if the target “pops up” to make an action, you may roll an Autofire attack using 1/2 the auto rating instead of the auto rating, sorting them into pairs as you wish. If there is an extra die at the end, it is discarded. Any cover from your suppression fire counts as one step lower than normal (and two steps lower than if the target were crouching in his cover). Suppression Fire uses a number of rounds equal to 6x the auto rating.
